"The customer service is great. Everyone who works there is very sweet. My reason for 3 stars is their lack of midsize fashion options for women. That may be why nearly the entire women's section was marked as clearance....because most American women are not a size 2. Hopefully, they are making space for more amazing midsize fashion to rival the size two-s. Please note this is not a diss on petite women. I just want to see my size fashion equally reflected in the places I shop."

"I came to the store to see if they carried any B&T sizes for men, primarily. I did not see much for me, and there was no particular area for B&T that I could see. I looked at a few racks, but got discouraged by the disarray. I wish it was better sorted. I did continue to look around and bought a few other things, but left without any clothing"

"I don’t stop here often, just 1-2x/year. Always able to grab a few things when I do pass by. I wish they had more big boys items. Biggest pet peeve about this store is one minute the line only has a few people standing, but within 5 minutes there could be 20+ people waiting. Cashiers are pleasant."

"Got a federal case investigation just because I was trying to return one thing (out of nearly $200 I spent here) and the rude little cashier gave me the worst attitude. So slow too, doesn't Marshalls hire anyone who can move faster than a turtle? I've never even been to this location before, I'm traveling. To the cashier - what a useless person - maybe you should focus on doing your job instead of interrogating customers."
