"Stole my money! Ordered item in December, never got it and they kept my money. I called and the women at the store yelled at me and called me selfish for insisting on a refund when the owner was sick in bed. I reported to BBB, reported to bank."

"Placed order December 1, 2023 and money withdrawn from my account. Paid for delivery as well. As of December 23, 2023 no product and no notification emails that there was a delay. Obviously no Christmas present for a diehard Raven fan. Called this evening and left message on voicemail. Store is open at the time of voicemail. Also sent email. Hoping to hear response. Will follow up if there’s a good response. No problem if this order gets processed soon in leaving a positive post or a better review. We will see… January 11th 2024 called. Still no order. Put me on hold. Got back to me and said just got shirts and I’d receive by the 17th. Now January 21. No shirts . Will be calling bank to retrieve my money. No wonder they don’t have a Better Business Bureau rating or belong."

"I placed an order in early December and never received a confirmation email. However, my bank account was charged. I contacted the store and was told their website is not working and I should visit the store to pick up my items. However, I have no order number or any receipt to confirm my purchase. I’ve contacted my bank. Accordingly. I was told by employee who answered the phone at the Raven zone that someone would contact me in reference to my order. Not holding my breath so I’ve gone ahead and placed an order on another online store, hoping to receive items before Christmas."

"Friendly staff. Music was a little loud at register check out. Not a huge supply of authentic ravens apparel. The bag I purchased for todays game looks a bit used and dingy to be brand new."

"First off, I was confused when I got to the location. The Ravens Zone is also a CBD supplier. The store is literally divided in half when you walk in, the left is for CBD and the right is for Ravens merchandise. When I walked into the store (9/24/22 about 12pm) the two associates behind the desk were talking to a customer, complaining about working at Amazon warehouses. No one acknowledged me while I browsed the limited merchandise. I guess they specialize in custom orders, on the racks are different styles of blank shirts that they can customize. I was looking for women’s Ravens shirts that were already designed. They have very limited regular team apparel. Ravens closet would be a more appropriate name. I left there and went to Baltimore Sports & Novelty in Owings Mills, where I was greeted immediately and had plenty of variety in Ravens and Orioles gear."
