"Customer service was pretty bad . I was never greeted when I walked in. Some girl with red hair and glasses was super unprofessional my daughter asked for help with a shoe and she in return asked if anyone was waiting on her then walked away . When she did return she said they didn’t have the shoe even though the display was the size we needed I brought that to her attention then she went back and found the shoes and dropped them off at the counter. No thanks for coming , have a nice day your shoes are up their nothing. they were extremely slow checking out and they had no line. I will never shop here again."

"I like that when I go into Finish line, that someone will approach me and is ready to assist me, I don't have to look for someone to assist me. I was in and out the shoe store In under 15 minutes for my son's. Not to mention the rewards that finish line has, love that part too!!!"
"Placed an order online. Called to check if the item was instock. Was hung up on, called back staff answered without saying hello and told me she couldn't fill my order because she was short staffed. Very, very rude tone , and told me only thing she could was fill it after they close. Whats the point of ordering online for same day pickup if they're aren't going to fulfill it. If she had been pleasant with explaining but she made me feel bad for placing an order. Never again to the Towson location."
