"They need to fix their app, and everything would be great. Everything I order something via the app for instore pickup, the app automatically sets my name as whatever the store location I'm picking up from causing confusion for the store employees and myself so a process that's supposed to be a simple pickup for a item I already paid for ends up being more complicated for both parties"
"Honestly, this DTLR in Towson is a cool looking store, but, the customer service needs major improvement. The store hardly ever has shoes in my size when something does catch my eye. The staff are more interested in mingling with each other rather than making sure shoppers are getting taken care of. One particular day, I walked in the store with my ear buds in ( they never say anything to you when you come in the store, anyways), when I could hear muffled yelling. I took my ear bud out and it was one young lady whom worked there yelling at me for not saying, "hello." It rubbed me the wrong way and I decided to shop elsewhere on that particular day."
"Stopped in to buy a few items. The staff was busy playing and talking amongst themselves as I waiting to ask for a shoe. No one came. Another customer had to walk over to the cash register twice to ask for assistance. I gave two stars because the store was clean and well stocked"
