"Closed at 10:34 even though upon calling, it stating it is open on the same time as mall hours. Webiste states 10:00. No signage as to why no one is here or any website info."

"The manager Adele helped me secure my party for my daughter due to a glitch in the system. She was so accommodation, she came in an hour early to do our party. Layla and Tamia were so good with the kids and make the party a blast! They hid a SpongeBob around the store the kids loooved hunting for it! I highly recommend them for your kids party!"

"Had my daughter's birthday party here and the only way I was able to give two stars was because the kids still had fun. We were promised a party leader for the whole thing... Every time I had to hunt an employee down. The store was not even busy besides us. We had to wait 15 minutes just to stuff the bears and that only happened because I had to ask if they could. I then had to hunt someone down again to show us what the kids could dress the bears in. They were supposed to have fun games for the kids to play. When I asked they responded with "you want them to play games?". Then they were supposed to be getting a game together, but went to do other things. When I finally asked them again they had the kids play a self led game and disappeared again. We had to box all the bears and hand out certificates ourselves. They didn't even print out a certificate for the birthday girls bear. Then I had the chase them down to pay them. It was honestly quite disappointing and a huge waste of money."

"I went in there today with my daughter. and I felt so violated. the lady working I think she said her name was Dorris started asking my daughter extremely inappropriate questions. ( my daughter is 6 years old) and I'm a pretty chill mom in my opinion. but this outraged me. she asked her about where she lived, what school she attended, how many parents she had in her life, and so many more my daughter told me about. Not to mention she kept going into her space, my daughter got uncomfortable and tried to stay away but she saw the lady constantly looking at her until I left the store completely. I tried asking her for the person in charge but she looked at me like I was joking around. I would not come here unless that lady is fired. a few of the other parents that asked me if I was okay (as I was visibly angry) and I told them what happened. I found out this is not the first time this has happened. with THE SAME LADY, they even ended up reporting her only to see she was STILL THERE. if anyone else has the same experience let me know. because this is outright horrible. I would never come here again and I advise others not to either."
