"I went to this location and while inside the store it was hot and a bit messy. There was no guard at the door nor any employees around for help on the floor. There were about 4 girls that came in with big bags as I was shopping I noticed them stealing all the men jeans, tops and jackets. They filled up their bags and ran out the door. I wasn’t shocked that it happened because if you don’t have nobody on the floor like employees or a guard it will happen."
"The store is totally awesome. So clean and organized. Beautiful selection of good quality clothes. I came to make a return. The lady who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. A very smooth return. I highly recommend this amazing store. And will be back again."
"There is always a long wait to checkout. Staff seems unengaged and not friendly. Management should hire a new team. The fitting room is always closed. Even during the peak hours. Their registers reboot during my transaction and the cashier said it didn’t go through. I checked my back on the app and informed her that it did. She ran my card again and I had two charges. Worst Zara location I’ve ever been to."
"This guy was a true KAREN in the store. He kept jumping in and out of the line screaming for someone to help him. The ladies there were very polite but this guy should have been kindly escorted out of the store by security and this is why I gave the store a 3 star. The store was close to closing and he was requesting very rudely to have the unopened register open. He continued to jump in and out of the line getting on my everlasting nerves. Lord have mercy."
"No joke about the waiting lines. They are really long and move slow. 2 stories store and one cashier open. Also the fitting rooms are ALWAYS close. So you have to try clothes at home and come back next week to wait in line another hour for returning them! There should be someone above the store manager to help organizing the staff and providing them training with customers service"
