Baltimore Orioles Team Store

"This is the second time I visited this store in the past year and both times I was checked out by an older woman named Carolyn. I purchased a women's size small t-shirt for myself last time and today I purchase a women's size small jersey for myself. On both occasions when approaching the counter, Carolyn commented on the size that I was purchasing at the register and said "I looked too big for a small". Today she went as far as to say "we (meaning her and the other two girls behind the counter) saw you try this on over there and it didn't look like it fit you. You should get a bigger size" all while chuckling and said in a condescending tone. I absolutely love this store and the quality merchandise it has, but I will not be coming back after this mind-blowing treatment. I will also be warning my friends and family about these experiences. It's beyond clear that Carolyn is going out of her way be intentionally rude and insult your female customers. She even saw the shocked look on my face, but continued to bash me as though she truly enjoyed it. The Orioles should send some secret shoppers into the store to see what I'm talking about. I frankly could not believe it was happening and for how long Carolyn kept it going for. Don't come here. Spend your money elsewhere where comments like this aren't made at customers buying $160 jerseys..."

"I have been looking on-line for a new Orioles hat it was sold out, so I figured I would try the team store at Camden Yards and they had hundreds of awesome everything O's . I was very pleased with the selection and the help I received from the staff. James Norman."

"Bought a shirt for my wife at a recent game. Turned out it was the wrong size. Still had all the tags attached and other than trying on it was never worn. Went to exchange it for another size of the same shirt but was told without the receipt couldn't even exchange for same item of different size. Employees blamed "system limitations" and were unable to look up receipt as well despite having date of purchase available. Won't buy anymore gear here due to that bad customer service."
