"I was really, really happy with my experience! There were no high-pressure sales tactics when I went to Petersen’s to look around; I was given space and time to pore over luxury vinyl plank samples on my own, though Adam remained nearby if I had any questions. The installation team was amazing. Not only did they do a beautiful job with the installation, they also did it efficiently and swiftly. My entire condo was completed in only two days, and that was with a lot of unexpected floor leveling, since my floors were downright wavy! Would it have been cheaper for me to go to Lumber Liquidators, Home Depot, etc? It’s likely, but taking the local, family-run route with Petersen’s meant that I had no doubts the installation would be done well and dove right. If any issues do arise down the line, I feel confident that I’ll be able to return to them for help, rather than being ignored or batted back and forth among the installers, manufacturer, and flooring company."
