"Howard the new manager immediately greeted me as soon as I came in the store!! He was very polite! I had so many questions about a couch and he sat down with me and discussed everything! I have been at this store multiple times before and this is one of the best experiences I've had! I still have not gotten any merchandise from this store but I definitely will be coming here soon! "Worst store EVER!!!!! If I could give them less then 1 star I would. First they deliver us furniture that was infested with bedbugs and then we had to have our house sprayed twice!!!! Then it took them over 6 months to replace the furniture and then they constantly keep trying to take the furniture that we have been paying for. We are in the process of moving and asked them to come get some of the items which I was told that our back payment would be waived just to be told less then 24 hours later that nobody said that unless it was to pick up all the items which wasn’t what was talked about on the phone not in the text messages that I have. We cannot move because we have to keep paying day by day when we were supposed to be out last week and due to them not picking up the items we had to keep postponing our move and now they are saying that we need to pay $500+ so then we cannot pay to stay where we are!!!!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE"

"Been a customers Rent-A-Center 9 almost 10 years. Even though I live out of Frederick, I always come back to the same one because I felt welcome. However, over the last couple years, I haven’t felt that way as much. I have paid off an array of different items; but if I miss one payment, I am treated like I am a first time customer. I feel like recently Rent-A-Center should have a little more trust in their long tenured customers. Strongly, considering not purchasing anything from Rent-A-Center anymore. Click"
