"Went in for an interview was told online to show up at 1:30 got there was then told that the computer that I set it up with was wrong and that a Manger had to call me set everything up just to be told that applied for nothing load of bull."

"I've bought furniture from Big Lots in Frederick a few years ago and wasn't a issue. So I decided to buy a mattress and box spring yesterday just to find out today it was the wrong size. I called twice and spoke to Alexis who told me to bring it back and they would take care of it. Upon arriving to the store Alexis proceed to tell me she didn't know it was that mattress also. I told her yes you did I spoke to you twice. She argued and then said well if it's not in the plastic we can't take it back and walks away. The cashier says, "Oh this is leased and I don't know how to do it." He went for help and came back to tell me the store manager Kelli Meyers said I would have to end the lease and reapply. I asked to speak to her and asked why was I told it would be taken care of and not. She raised her voice and argued with me the whole time. I returned the items and ended my lease. She said Alexis didn't know it was leased and I said she never asked! I'll never step foot there and will make sure my family and friends don't either. I will also be calling the corporate office on Monday! Unacceptable customer service!!"

"Larger than the Hagerstown location. Inventory well stocked and organized. Prices not necessarily lower than anywhere else. Some beautiful and well made furniture pieces. Adequate parking. Registers were staffed. No complaints."
