"I wouldn't come to this location if it weren't for Nan. She is wonderful at customer service and so is Caitlyn. Alot of the other workers are rude to me and my friends who are repeat customers and it's not right or fair. The other day I came in there and saw one couple take all but one of the valentines day blankets and when I saw one behind the cashiers I asked if it was available and some woman ledea or something got attitude with me and said it was saved for her. I was told employees weren't allowed to do that anymore. Also she said aren't there anymore back there ? and laughed at me. Very rude. I only keep coming back due to the products and the few people with CS. Someone needs to teach these people what customer service looks like because that's not it."

"Always a great place to buy gifts for others or yourself and the furry friends in your life. The European chocolates and biscotti which are such a treat as well as different types of Italian pannone are in stock. So many unusual items with most reasonably priced. I did not see any Spode Christmas Tree. Also a great selection of Holiday designed paper coffee cups, napkins and paper plates. Always a treat to shop here as it is clean and staff is very friendly."
