"I had a bad shopping experience in this store, because I bought an expensive mattress here, and after using it for a while, I felt bad, and then I changed it to a mattress of the same series with a lower price than the original one ,Then they told me that if you want to change a mattress of the same series and the price is more expensive than the original one,you have to pay them back. If you change it to a cheaper one, they won't refund me, this experience cost me almost a thousand dollars，which makes me feel unfair to consumers. Your salesperson didn’t explain to us of the 90-night plan at all. If I had known your warranty does not allow a full refund so we wouldn’t have made any purchase here. This regulation is very unfair to us as customers."

"I purchased a recliner a few years ago and have had nothing but issues. La-Z-Boy, while formerly a very good brand, is now total junk. It is held together by cheap wood and glue. Also, the extended warranty company the store uses, Guardsman, is a complete scam. They will not approve any claim you submit. Basically you are just being robbed if you purchase the extended warranty. Do yourself a favor and find a store that sells higher quality furniture and does not use a scam warranty company."

"Have recently purchased multiple pieces of furniture. Large Lazy Boy sofa arrived in October. Is has a problem as some internal parts are loose. Still waiting for resolution. Three weeks ago, we received 2 Lazy Boy chairs, 1 was damaged. Assured it would be handled we took delivery. We also purchased some accessories for the chairs. What we received was not what we ordered. While it was taking longer than we had hoped, we were in conversation with the store and fixes are in progress the broken items. Today I had a conversation with the sale rep about the accessories that were not right. He stated we must have mis-heard him and basically what we have is what is offered. However, this was not what we were told. I was working with this gentleman until he told me that if we did not hear him correctly on the day of the sale, that is “not his problem”. We will never return to this store. Will contact Lazy Boy directly to get resolution to these issues as I now have no confidence that the store cares enough to resolve them."

She was fun and personable and was knowledgeable on the different pieces offered, along with payment plans. We are long time customers at Arthur F. Schultz and their furniture has always been great quality at a pretty good price, but our latest experience was even better than the past thanks to Susan!"
