"I was in the drive thru line for 12 minutes waiting to be helped. Then the pharmacy tech comes to the window and tells me she won’t help me because they are heading to lunch. It was 1:33pm so I had clearly been there before the lunch time of 1:30p-2p. I explained I had one prescription to pick up but she refused. Very poor customer service."

"This store was a hot mess when I visited. They were all out of stock of the “deals of the week”. That is okay. While I was checking out the associate had to go to the back to grab two cans of a drink for the customer behind me who was walking with a cane. She confronted him and asked why she “as a woman” had to carry his cans…but he was clearly walking with a cane and it seemed like a fair accommodation. This interaction escalated quickly with the associate telling the customer that he needed to o to therapy? It was very uncomfortable and given that the shelves weren’t well stocked and the staff clearly have some training issues I will not return."

"So I went here and it’s a very high traffic area. The store itself was nice it seemed well stocked and for the most part it looked clean. I stopped in to grab a few first aid items and needed help but could not locate an associate that was willing to help. After I found my items I had to wait 10 minutes for a rude girl to ring me up and take my money. She didn’t even say thank you."

"Usually the people in the pharmacy are easy to deal with. But there are occasionally those that work behind the counter that so not acknowledge you until they are ready to despite you standing there for a while and others who are just outright rude. Not that hard to answer a quick question."
