"Although I only had 1 prescription that I get from this particular pharmacy, when I called to renew the Rx on Monday, whoever answered snapped at me, “NO MORE REFILLS.” He said that phrase five or six times. I was looking at a vial that said I had 1 more refill so I didn’t understand. “NO MORE REFILLS.” What he should have said is, “You don’t have any more refills because you refilled it 5-weeks ago,” which then would mean of course I didn’t have refills. But all he sd (in a very nasty voice) was, “NO MORE REFILLS.” He is correct - I won’t be refilling that Rx at this pharmacy any longer, or any prescription. As it is, they close at 6 PM and they’re not open Saturdays or Sundays. This clown needs to realize that he’s in the customer service business and one person can affect the perception of an entire store. He was a jerk. I don’t know if he was the pharmacist or a tech but extremely rude. My doctor has written another script and I am using the pharmacy where all my other prescriptions are. I’ve been waffling about switching pharmacies but now I know not to use this Walgreens - because of one employee."

"Your pharmacy customer service is a liability. The gentlemen with the dreadlocks and piercings treated us with zero respect both on the phone and in person. Fortunately we arrived with plenty of our own support. Don’t expect anything from the pharmacy staff. I would recommend filling your RX with CVS or any other pharmacy option. I will never shop at Walgreens again."

"Pharmacy customer service is horrible. However the guy with all the piercings was trained, it was not in dealing with people. Thanks for giving me an excuse to find a new pharmacy for my whole family."

"I was told to call Corporate if I wanted to complain. Ironically, I have never done anything like that and also don't usually leave reviews for places, but the man behind the pharmacy counter was so incredibly rude to me when I inquired about what seemed to be a mistake in my mother's medicine, that I am compelled to write. I understand that insurance only covers a certain number of refills. However, I manage my ill mother's medicines so I am certain no mistake was made on our part. I paid out of pocket once for 14 pills to hold us over until the next round of refills would be available (not sure what the error was in the first place) and was told to come back in a week when the Medicare would kick in... so I did... because my mother would be traveling and isn't capable of getting to a store where she was going next week. I came back 3 times and was finally told that I needed to pay out of pocket unless I came back a week later, too late. I conceded because she needs her meds. But THE WAY this man spoke was the rudest customer service I have literally ever encountered in any place of business of any kind. "I'm going to give you 6 pills, that's what we are going to do". "No" I said calmly "that is not what we are going to do, I will pay for all of them". " Pay and go. You'll pay and go." he said. I honestly am astounded. By suggesting that there was an error, it set this guy OFF! Not sure anyone that off should be handling medications of any kind to be honest. When I asked if they had the name of the person who had told me to come back by this date, he said "you can call corporate and tell them that staff was entirely unhelpful to you!" with so much attitude, I was totally taken aback. My mom lives right next to this Walgreens and I will be showing up to collect her medicines but I hope that Corporate reads these reviews and recognizes that nasty, poor quality of service given at this location. By the looks of it, I'm not the only one who thinks so."

"I’ve been trying to pick up a prescription that was called in a week ago but every time I go to get it, there’s a sign that the pharmacy is temporarily closed. I’ve made 4 wasted trips so far and STILL haven’t been able to get my prescription! Now, I just call but I still haven’t been able to even talk with anybody! If you’re going to close down, how about contacting your customers waiting for prescriptions so we know when they expect to reopen and whether or not we ought to go elsewhere. This is horrible customer service!!!"
