"Its a decent grocery store, but their prices are often ridiculous, having risen as much as 100%, ie...9" bakery pies last year were ~$3.99 and now are $7.99. And they have the nerve to advertise "Low Price" all over the store. To make it worse, you often are forced to self check out because there is only one store cashier often with several folks with full baskets in that line. I don't want to do their job for them at these awful prices."

"I love shopping at Weis Market! I go to purchase their fried chicken. They have the best-fried Chicken, and it's best to get it fresh in the afternoon. I pick up other products like produce and simple items. And the staff is always friendly and helpful!"

"While the staff is friendly, I only get the opportunity to speak to an employee when the self service checkout line malfunctions. Today, like most grocery shopping days, there were no cashier operated check out line options. I spent 15 minutes checking myself out as I watch two young men waiting to fix mine/neighbor’s self check out line malfunctions. Sad that good customer service is no longer a high priority. This update is in response to the Weis’s comment below: My other half did our grocery shopping today due to me feeling under the weather. He returned from Weis very upset that NO staff were available for checking out our large order and mentioned the repeated errors where the staff standing around would walk over to clear them. I myself have witnessed and offered to help physically challenged elders in wheelchairs trying to check their own groceries. What was once our customer friendly store is no more."

"You like checking out items and just being stared at mindlessly? What about have someone hovering right behind you while you pay for your groceries? Well then this place is the place to go. Its so annoying and weird to just see people stare at you while you try and check out. Im all for self check, and this place is the only place that is set up like this. 5 employees on one side doing absolutely nothing just looking at everyone buying there groceries. I hate it."

"Very poor in addressing customers' concerns. Almost always (my assessment:80%) the price promotions are not accurately incorporated into cashier registers. After numerous promotion/cash register mismatches and store staff failing to honor my claims, I literally had to take pictures of the promotions to prove my case. I pay keen attention because am retired on a fixed income, so I look for deals but often ending up with headaches at the cash register, with clerks reluctant to ascertain my claims, even on some occasions, I was offered to take it out of basket instead of them checking the posted pricing. This could potentially, result in hundreds if not thousands of dollars in customers overpaying through the mislabeled prices. I don't want to judge the intent behind these practices, just articulating the facts!! BE ALERT OF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING!!!!"
