"I went in today looking for a specific cord. I made it almost the whole way around the store (passing many employees) before someone said anything to me… not even a hello.. finally I went past a woman (can’t remember her name) but very nice and instantly said hello and asked if I needed some help which I did. Unfortunately what I was looking for was not in store but that’s okay. I worked at Best Buy when I was young, actually it was my favorite job and greeting our customers was number 1, hopefully they fix that. Otherwise the store was very clean, organized and the lady that helped me was wonderful."

"Went in looking for smoke detector batteries, and that's all. The front desk employee happily pointed me to where the batteries were and was very nice. However, when going to checkout at the customer service desk at the only open checkout, a different employee there was having a social conversation with a customer that had already concluded their business. I patiently waited 7 minutes for their conversation to end before I was acknowledged and got to check out. It is not very convenient when in a bit of a rush I have to wait on socializing."

When I showed up, the employees were very helpful. I also had no way to stand it up in the truck the employees explained that it could be laid down, but only for a short time. I will not hesitate to purchase from Best Buy again."
