"Absolutely horrible. I pulled into the parking lot at 6 to buy a premade cake. An employee ran to the door & locked it. I proceeded to the drive thru & a woman said, we are closing at 6. I explained I only needed a premade cake for my son’s birthday. She yelled “fine but HURRY UP.” An absolute hag. Don’t waste your time here."
"I always buy the special flavors that pop up, this time I purchased the toasted white chocolate as a frozen coffee. I get to the window and was met with a rude person. Maybe just having a bad day but because of the current mood this person took an extremely long time to make my drink."
"Coffee is consistent across the chain. Coffee is the main thing I buy. I "should not" have their donuts, pastries, ice cream and other sugar-laden treats as I am diabetic. But the items that have accidentally jumped into my mouth are very tasty. My only complaint is that our favorite coffee (Midnight ground blend) appears to be seasonal, so we buy a lot when it is available, so we can still have that coffee during the rest of the year."
"There is absolutely zero reason that it takes 34-40 minutes to wait in line for an iced drink. Zero. I could have driven to the other end of town and back in the time I waited in line. And if you use the mobile order, you cant cancel your order so you are stuck"
