"Went for a small 5cf chest freezer, got it home and it's dented, took it back and exchanged it for another one, get it home also dented but wasn't noticeable with the packing. Long story short, not handled with care and don't get deep freezers there. Customer service was very good though."
"Purchased a French patio door through a Lowe's representative who came to our home. After waiting almost six months for installation, the door was competently installed by a contractor. Within 3 months, the door has started to peel. Despite numerous attempts to reach the right Lowe's employee to help (the man who originally sold us the door has been basically unresponsive), Lowe's referred us to Masonite. Masonite may be willing to help, but that is still in limbo because for some reason Lowe's cannot seem to provide a purchase order for the door, which is necessary for the warranty. What should be an easy request (giving us a copy of our contract and the purchase order), seems to be impossible for Lowe's to provide. I am not ready to review Masonite's response as to the warranty until we can somehow get the necessary information from Lowe's. I have learned my lesson about purchasing from a Lowe's representative that comes to the house. Made the sale and disappeared."
