"I purchased a brand new Xbox, a couple of games, and a controller in early November from the GameStop in Martinsburg West Virginia. When I made the purchase, I told the cashier that these were going to be Christmas presents and wanted to ensure that I could make a return after Christmas if needed. He said I could. Well, I just went into return the controller because my son was given a better controller by another family member for Christmas. The cashier told me that I could not return the controller because it had been more than 15 days since purchase. He pointed out that was it was written in fine print on the receipt. The controller was brand new unopened in the box and I still had the receipt. That is the last time I will do business with GameStop. I’ll gladly go to Walmart, Target, or Best Buy. GameStop just lost a customer over a $30 controller that they refuse to return."

"Good GameStop. Lots of action figures. Seems to get the ones I want before any closer to my area. Dudes behind the counter were friendly and talkative. I prefer the stores where the staff make you feel like a regular even if it’s the first time you’ve stepped in the store."

"Manager needs to train his employees better. Imagine that, not being able to train someone to work at a GameStop. Speaks volumes."

"Typical of other GameStop locations, this store does fairly well at what it offers. The focus as always is current-gen gaming, although a good amount of last-gen games are available. Unlike other stores in the area, this location offers a strong variety of gaming figures, clothing, novelties, and other miscellaneous items related to gaming. Two demo kiosks are set up as well. The one caveat is that the PlayStation Vita selection is incredibly small. I could find no new games for this system, whereas the few used available titles were incomplete with cases. This is unlike other stores."
