"I went to this establishment last night to get terrible customer service at the drive-thru. They answer on the speaker are you ready to order. There was nothing polite or pleasant when speaking with him. He was vulgar, and I was disappointed and disgusted. After ordering my food, I drove around only to find out he had a severe attitude problem. His name is Angel. The date I received this rudely disgusting behavior was September 30, 2023. Is this the type of customer service that Burger King is giving customers? If this is what a paying customer like me has to deal with, I will have to patronize somewhere else. Customer service training shall be a priority when dealing with paying customers."
