"Omg. Do not go there (Forestville md. The manager there is so rude. I would never spend my money there. She took me out of my character, and I couldn't believe how she treated me. Standing there messing with her phone with her kind and wanted me to wait until she was finished. I told her that she's rude and that prejudice still existed. Customer service stinks. We have to stop spending our money at places that do not respect us nor offer great customer service. If it wasn't for us, they wouldn't have a business."

"Visited Arby's today. Very first time. I asked for a Buffalo wrap freshly made. I received a wrap with Lil chicken nuggets in it. The wrap was very chewy. Sad to have this type of experience my first time. The chicken was not freshly made. Wow! Money gone down the drain. I couldn't eat it."

"Customers, Please be sure to check your food before leaving. On yesterday, I went to this Arby’s location as I was in the are and wanted to grab something to eat really quick. I didn’t look at the sandwich until I got to my destination and sat down to eat. This is when I noticed the burnt bread, which I hate and didn’t eat. The employee should’ve known better to give a customer burnt bread, which they had to see while preparing the sandwich. Arby’s you have to do better. Customers pay for quality food, which doesn’t consist of burnt bread."

"Delicious. First time I've tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was good. The chicken patti was a bit small, more bread than chicken, but the flavor was good. Everything was hot! Had to wait 10 minutes to eat the jalapeno poppers. For fast food, it was worth it."
