"I had to pass on the Papa John's in Forestville. The guy kneading the dough has the MOST disgusting fingers. First of all, he has club fingers which made it easy to see the filthy gunk under his extra large nails. Then, it looks like he just did several oil changes on his cars before he decided to come in and roll pizza dough without gloves on. He simultaneously operates the register and rolls dough without a single hand wash in between. Bon appetite"
