"The food here is always disgusting. Tried Wendy’s a couple times this year and last. Seems they’re going downhill. Buns always taste old, meat tastes really cheap. This is the last resort if I had to choose fast food."

"The staff is nice and I don’t have any complaints about them. However, there needs to be something done about getting peoples food out efficiently. Ima a patient man but Iv gotten my food faster in sit down restaurants at times. Even when it’s not busy it takes 15 minutes to get my food almost every time. It’s ridiculous at times. Please fix this"

"Worst Wendy’s order ever. Wendy’s is pretty standard across the board right? Or so you’d think. I ordered a biggie bag and asked for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. I ordered two jr cheese burgers also lettuce wrapped. 4 pc spicy nuggets and 4 pc regular nuggets. 2 ranches. The burgers were not lettuce wrapped. There was a piece of lettuce and the patty tossed on top. One tiny pice of lettuce. The prices are set for a burger and when someone has the option to make the swap for lettuce I expect lettuce not what I was given. There wasn’t any ketchup or mustard on the burgers either. I only got one 4 piece, the 2nd was missing and so was the sauces. Not to mention the nuggets were like rubber. You can tell the were reheated. Awful."

"I ordered the chicken club for my boyfriend today and when he took a bite into it, it was NOT done it was literally RAW! I called the Wendy’s and it just goes to voicemail. I spent 28 dollars and they made me pull in a parking spot because they were still cooking the sandwich which was not done . I am truly disgusted."
