"The food has always been on time. The pizza is my favorite but not at this location. I find this location has a pizza crust is a little bit thicker than other locations. When I have gotten the pizza here it seems to be sort of flavorless which is odd and it's happened more than once, three times in fact, which is every single time to be specific, over the last 8 months... I have to add to the pizza to make it taste right. I don't think they put enough sauce on to get the flavor profile correct. No one in the house wanted to eat it. It was the first time that only 6 slices out of large was eaten, typically at least half the pizza is gone on the same day. Luckily I have the ledo pizza sauce at home so I had to add that to the pizza and everyone else agreed that it tasted properly once the sauce was added to the pizza or dipped. See attached photo for evidence that this location is using half the amount of the sauce that they should be using. Honestly I've never had problems with the montgomery mall location so that is where I will take my business."
