"Location couldn’t find my order when I called which is fine it arrived right after the call. But both pizzas were barely warm. The margarita pizza that I love was so bad I couldn’t eat it and both under cooked. I absolutely love paisano margarita pizza but this is my first and last time using this location. Reston Va Paisanos is superior."

"Delivery driver held the bag with food in it sideways. Everything is ruined. Also there was some garlic bread loose in my bag, it left a lake of oil. Glad I didn't use the disposable silverware because it must have been open since the oil soaked the napkin inside. Would not recommend delivery if that's the food you get. Unfortunately I also tipped, so I basically paid extra to have my food ruined. Would not recommend. Also was delivered 20 minutes later than their app said. Edit: They did refund my money with no hassle, increase rating."
"I went during customer appreciation week ($6 dollar large one topping pizzas). They were swamped with orders but maintained professionalism, composure, and very polite customer service. They allowed fresh mozzarella for the topping even though it is priced in the premium tier. The pizza was truly amazing when I finally got to try it at home. Perfect chewy crust, good amount of sauce, excellent cheese. The garden salad with house dressing, was crisp and fresh as well!"
