"I love finding places that surprise me - this was just that. Nestled away in a shopping plaza, Ema Rossi Pizzeria is serving delectable Italian food that you absolutely have to try! The menu is simple, yet exciting with plenty of options to choose from. There are also specials that may change depending on when you go. We did not try the specials. However we did try the Salsiccia pizza and Veal Bolognese. We also had the Suppli as an appetizer but I didn’t catch a picture of that. All dishes were tasty, fresh, and tasted amazing. I cannot speak to authenticity - as I’m not an Italian food connoisseur let alone seen Italy. However, this restaurant seems and feels on par with a very authentic experience. As a sweet treat we had the Tiramisu for dessert which was also amazing! I love that the coffee (used in the dish) had a bit of spices brewed with it - I could at least taste cardamom and potentially cinnamon in the coffee-dipped ladyfingers. This place feels like a place you have to go back to over and over until you try everything on the menu. I’ll definitely come back one day! Other details that may be helpful: they don’t take reservations, only walk-ins. We had about a 20 minute wait on a Friday night which, in my opinion, isn’t too bad! Service was fast and attentive."

"Absolutely scrumptious! The pizza is perfectly crispy and thin. The margherita piu is sweet, savory and slightly kicky. So warm and cozy inside, with a delightful staff. Delighted to find this in my new neighborhood. I will be a regular!"

"Wow!! This place has been on our list for a while and it did not disappoint! Not one little bit. We went for lunch on a weekday afternoon around 1:30pm. The restaurant was not busy at all, with maybe 4 other tables full. We were directed to choose a table and were quite impressed with the decor. A lot of newspaper articles near the main entrance and art work dotted around the restaurant. The open kitchen is a great idea and really cool to see. We ordered two pizzas, the classic Margherita and a funghi pizza. From sitting down to getting the food was less than 10-15 minutes. The pizza was amazing! I would say a hair under pizza from Naples! The funghi had an amazing truffle flavour to it and the Margherita was simple, yet tasty. The crust had a great char and sourdough flavour. Prices were reasonable. We paid $39 (not including tip) for two pizza’s and ended up taking half home. Prices overall ranged from $14-$20 for pizzas. They also had a good selection of appetisers and pastas to choose from. Overall a fantastic restaurant, we will definitely be going back and you should give it a try as well!"

"I consider myself a pizza connoisseur and all I can say is WoW!! It's probably the best pizza I've had. The dough was light, airy but still able to hold all the toppings without being soggy and had a nice charred crisp to it. The toppings had great flavor and combined well with everything on the pie. Calamari was great as well! I drove almost an hour to get to this place and will make it my monthly routine. Yes, it's that good!"

"Came here for my birthday lunch! Our waitress was very attentive, friendly, and knew the menu well. The inside atmosphere is comfortable and rustic Italian family style, and yet also feels upscale. We even got to meet the owner's grandson who works there. They also have an outside covered patio. Food came out super fast and is high quality! We tried 5 different dishes, and each one was exceptional: suppli al telefono, gnocchi al pomodoro, veal Bolognese, Caesar salad, and margherita pizza. Would happily go again and try everything else!"
