"Corporate really needs to step in and teach these folks how to make fries. Five years of coming here, and the fries are always too soggy. Always. Their customer service is always really terrible, but I could overlook that if the fries weren’t always soggy. But they are. 5 years of living here. Always soggy. Someone. Anyone. Please help them. "The food was great, but my burger wasn't what I ordered. I asked for a little with no mayo or mustard. Instead I got a double patty without mushrooms. I ate it anyway because even with mustard it tasted great! I missed the mushrooms though. :)"
"The reason 5 guys is so good is they do what they do best and don’t sweat the rest. The burger is phenomenal. Is good for so many years. The fact they overflow your fries to make you feel special. It really makes a huge difference. The amount of times I have gone late night with the munchies. So clutch. Will always stop by a 5 guys when the opportunity presents itself."
