"Never give me my full order and I always have to substitute something. Today they didn't have the nachos or potatoes and then they didn't put stackers in the bag or my sauce. I've never been to a taco bell with such horrible service consistently for the 2 years I have lived here."

"Messed up the drink orders, they didn't taste right. You also cannot place orders to this location using the Taco Bell app and must use the KFC app instead. Waste of 20 minutes l recommend going to a different Taco Bell location if you're looking for Taco Bell specifically."

"Love the options for KFC and Tbell. Overall I got what I wanted but had a hard time ordering (I has to repeat numerous times and they read it back numerous times) but we got that sorted. The food was great but the Pepsi was flat and they forgot to give me my sauces so I had to run into the store after going through the drive through."

"Disappointing. The box to give to an order gave no response after several minutes and me asking Hello? I ordered at the window to pay. My Power Bowl has little appeal whatsoever. This is what it looked like after I scooped rice to the side to see if anything else was in the dish. I’ll avoid this Taco Bell from now on. Sorely disappointed despite the manager doing her best to make it right which took about 15 minutes from the time I walked in. They’re out of tomatoes, the black beans are a scalding mush and somehow the redo still lacks appeal."

"Ordered through delivery 2 burritos and both burritos only had red strips and nothing in it. And ordered a taco pack asked for crunchy. Got 5 crunchy and the rest soft also asked for no lettuce and they all had lettuce and extra shells. And missing our drinks"
