"I have been with Tony Zuback insurance for over 20 years. I normally work with Kathy who is amazing. But, I had a call from someone I don't know claiming they were from Tony's office. They were not polite nor customer friendly. I paid my bill in full the way I pay it always, and for some reason she is stating she got my payment 0n the 11, well it was cashed on the 7th. She was charging me an additional 7% because it was late. I have never ever been charged for a late fee before. She wanted 447.00 more fro. Me, I said no. She dropped it to a lower amount, but nope. I will go elsewhere first. What a shame . Loyal customer for all those years to lose a major client. Went with Geico and saved 4021.00 per year on 4 drivers 4 cars."
