"I want to start by saying that EVERY PERSON that works here it is very very polite and helpful! I arrived at 10:45 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. appointment, I went in checked in they check your documents and then you go to another procedure where they give you a number, so even tho you have an appointment its based on "first come, first serve". So, you have to wait until you see the number on the screen to go in (usually 20 people at time); they have a Security Person that calls for the number on the screen and explains you what to do, he was so polite and nice. Once you go in, they just take your fingerprints and picture and pretty much you're done (it doesn't take more than 5 minutes) the staff doing that they are so polite and nice as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars it is because of that "first come, first serve" even tho they give specific times for appointments. I had to wait an hour after I arrived for my appointment (15 min early) to go in and get my stuff done. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and I was out around 12:17 p.m. They have bathrooms in the installation that you can use."
"Had my appointment today, starting at 8 am. Arrived at 7:40 am and there was already a small queue outside the door. When the building opened, two ladies were checking everyone's documents and pointing them where they needed to go. I was put into a new queue where another woman quickly stamped and signed my appointment confirmation letter. Then I was directed to the last queue, where the appointment would actually take place. At my turn, I was called in and a woman checked my documents, took my picture, and took my digital fingerprints. Then she handed me one last paper and sent me on my merry way. 90% of the time I spent here was just waiting in the line to be seen, the actual process was so quick and easy! These workers hustle, and I was out of the building by 8:17 am. If you're worried about your appointment, my advice would be to just make sure you come early, and have all your documents ready to go. If you're prepared, you'll be in and out in no time at all."
"Everyone is helpful make sure. Lady who works there at the door and checking documents too she deserves a raise, she is on her toes !!she makes sure everyone is ready by the door with their documents and then she runs back to her little desk where she fills out another form by double checking documents everyone brought , stamps it dates it and proceeds them forward after handing over ticket number. It was exactly today not sure if shifts are changed but Tuesday January 2 2024 African American lady I admire your hard work!"
"Timely allowed the people to get inside and completed the whole biometric collection procedure of our applications within 15 minutes."
"Great center, I had a conflict so went in a few days before my scheduled appointment. There were a lot of ppl waiting in line at 8am in the morning, but the front staff still let me in. The whole process went quite smoothly. It would usually take less than 10mins for the photo and finger printing, but with traffic, you could expect an hour. Also fill the page 2 of the biometric app receipt ahead of time would expedite the initial intake process. The staff are extremely friendly and patient with non english speakers and even offered a mask to my mother for her need. This is the best biometric center I have been to, I was quite pleasantly surprised and impressed."
