Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport

"Pretty ridiculous to be charged a parking fee when you don't even have a vehicle parked there during your stay!!!! My husband and son both work for different hotels and we've stayed at several hotels and NEVER been charged for Parking? Our son didn't even have a vehicle parked on your property and still got charged $20. Also son went to buy something to eat from the snack area at the front desk and the girl working was ASLEEP!!! He tried waking her up twice and told her he wanted to purchase something and she fell right back asleep!!! Also as soon as he got checked in he had to be switched rooms because his TV wouldn't work. He went to brush his teeth and had no water, the front desk told him "There was a problem and it should be back on within the next hour or 2" Not a very pleasant stay for our son. We'll find another place for our family to stay next time!!!"

"So disappointed in our stay. First thing we noticed upon walking in was that the breakfast was closed for the duration of our stay. Upon checking in, we were told we could get breakfast at the hotel next door. When heading to our room there were dirty pieces of laundry on the floor near the elevator. Wall paper was peeling and the state of the room was just okay. The curtain was falling off the run so it was not possible to close it completely to drown out the outdoor lights from the parking lot. The beds are extremely hard and there is no outlet on the outside wall to plug a phone in near the bed. The first night the pool looked grungy and the second night we arrived back to the hotel to find out that the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, very disappointed."

"Kevin, the gentleman behind the desk at night was great. His communication and customer service is terrific!! The TVs are great and my room was very clean and well maintained. The lady with red hair and earbuds in her ears desperately needs to be retrained or held accountable. I assume employees are not supposed to wear ear buds while working at the front desk. Usually it doesn't bother me, but she clearly did not want to be at work on 10/12/23. Would've given 5 stars if not for her."

"Went for a wedding this past weekend. Mallory was great, but having said that. One working elevator. My wife waited about 15 minutes. Wifi didn't work.Key card kept getting de magnetized, I had to have them reprogrammed 25times. I was locked out of room a lot. Hot tub was was cold. The worst was when I opened a face towel and was stained with something.Was told room is only cleaned every 4days. What is that about. Breakfast SHOULD be included. Bar was not open most nights, was told to go to hotel across the way. I would stay somewhere else if I had my choice"

"I would like to Thank you, Kevin-Front desk, who was awesome from checking me in and out. He was just awesome with helping me with my room and room key. He really did make everything easier. My whole stay was great. My drink from the bar was prefect, breakfast was great! My room was nice and clean and roomy. Customer Service from Front Desk-Kevin, to the bar tender and Saturday morning breakfast chef, AWESOME! So Thank you Hilton Garden Inn. See you in Sept. 2023"
