"I give this place a 5 star because of the friendly staff that is always very helpful when we come to town to visit family. Rooms are big and clean the only problem is if some moron was a smoker and you can smell lingering stench of cigarettes. This has happened to us but the staff was great to get us another room immediately. This is a problem the hotel cannot help but in this area it can happen. Just ask for a different room or to have the room inspected for the problem before you arrive to be sure."

"Was traveling for a funeral. My uncle passed away the day after Christmas. We got 2 rooms. Josh was so great with us. Made the whole reason why we was there a better trip."

"First there was construction and finding the entrance with GPS was difficult. Second the people staying in this hotel were extremely rude. Going in and out of their rooms letting doors slam behind them everytime. One guest went in and out of their room every 14 minutes ( yes I timed them) I was on the verge of confronting this person but decided not to. I know actions of these individuals was not the fault of the hotel more so of people's disrespect of other people trying to get a night's rest. As for our room it was ok. I thought our bathroom was a little dated for a hotel that did not seem that old. I will never stay at this sleep inn hotel again. Larry"

"Stayed here for two nights when we were in town for a family event. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally kind and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. It was also notable to me how clean and well kept the lobby area was. I always scour hotel reviews for info about water pressure and water temperature in the shower so for anyone else out there like me...water temperature in the shower 10/10 and definitely got as hot as I wanted it. I'd give the water pressure a 5/10. Workable and would not prevent me from staying there again but definitely not enough pressure for me to be impressed. Overall really pleased with the Sleep Inn in Clintwood and appreciative to have a clean and reliable place to stay in an area where there aren't a plethora of options."
