"This is the WORST experience I have ever had to deal with. Planned a vacation, then COVID happened. Debbie didn't want to cancel our trip because things weren't shut down yet in the U.S., however, the borders were shut down. SO WE COULDN'T GO ANYWAYS DEBBIE!! She asked if we bought insurance, which we didn't, but the pandemic wasn't our fault!! Finally, she gave in and said we could get a refund. Months passed by, still didn't hear anything. So we filed a dispute with our bank, along with 2 other family members who were going on trip with us. Got our temporary money back, then after 120 days, the money was taken back out. Called Debbie right away, and she said she would take care of it, and put it on an expedited process. Asked her if she would keep me posted and send me emails showing that she put it on an expedited process. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HER SINCE!! I've called over 25 times and left numerous messages and she has never called me back. It's been over 3 weeks now and I still have yet to receive my money back. Luckily it was only the $500 deposit and not the whole thing. This couldn't have happened at a worse time too being around the holidays. Oh, and 1 more thing, everyone else in our party got their money back!! So I don't know what happened with ours!!!!!! Thanks a lot Debbie!!!!!"
