"My daughter and her friend went to the Royersford Dollar Tree tonight to get some items for a school project. They were getting their supplies and a worker approached them and asked them how old they were. They are both 17. She then told them they needed to be with a parent if they are under 18 and they were asked to leave. We are very disappointed, considering that we go here all the time, and know the workers by name. It is a shame that they have to have this rule, and I understand that some kids are rude and obnoxious. However, it’s not necessary to turn away 17 year old customers who are just trying to buy a couple of items and not causing any harm. Ended up giving our business to the Dollar Tree in Limerick instead, much better selection also. We have given Dollar Tree business for years, and my daughter has gone in alone for years as well. We come here about once a week, and most likely won’t be back. I understand the frustration of rude teenage customers, but we are very disappointed."

"The one in royersford. Can use some employees changes. Shawn needs to take action on his employees. Because they are just rude. I drive a little further if I was you . Shawn is very nice. But that assistant manager was so rude over a bag. Because I need some items divided. When I asked for a another bag ..he just went off. He even went so far to follow me to the car. Yeah all that over a plastic bag. Guy think he owns the store. Ever go there don't ask for extra bag."

"This DT doesn't have a large freezer section and parking is limited by the store itself unless you like to park and walk to the store. The floor made the place feel dirty. Smaller store so selections were limited."
