Walmart

"Went there to purchase a space heater for my son ON A BUDGET. So of course I checked prices. Picked out this really nice Honeywell one that had a $26 price tag. It's important to note there were like 6 more behind it. Go to check out and it rings up for $39.99. So someone goes n does a price check, MOVES ALL THE OTHER ONES THAT WERE BEHIND THE ONE I GRABBED TO THE $39.99 SPOT THEY SUPPOSEDLY BELONGED IN, and over the radio told the cashier that there were none in the $26 spot. Desperate for a space heater at this point, I ask them if I can run back and grab the $15 Pelonis one. They said yes, and when I got back to the space heaters, they were practically falling off the shelf where the guy who did the price wreck quick crammed them all. Not wanting to make a scene, although at this point I should have, I just paid for the Pelonis one and left. If an employee screw up and puts MORE THAN 1 product in the wrong spot, they should honor the damn price. I'm a business owner myself and I would never quick go switch the product and then say that it wasn't at the wrong spot. I WOULD JUST HONOR THE DAMN PRICE AND EAT THE LOSS KNOWING MY EMPLOYEES MESSED UP (especially seeing at least 5 or 6 more behind it.) Definitely NOT going back to this shady walmart!"

"Never disappointed when I go inside. Pick up on the other hand needs to get better. I can't get any produce or eggs. They never pick what I like and fire some reason, it never fails with the eggs. I always end up with broken eggs. I also don't like that I can't get through calling the phone # on the sign anymore. I don't have room on the phone for the application. I always have to flag someone down to have them check me in.."

"Took my son to get the PS5. Not my favorite walmart because it's small and under staffed but they had the console. The worker in electronics was great. She took care of us quickly and kept us informed while they looked for the new console in the back. Good experience this time"

"Jennifer at the customer service center was so helpful in doing a money transfer for me. She waited patiently and worked with me for half hour while I sorted out things with my bank on the phone. She deserves a raise absolutely. Thank you Jennifer for your excellent customer service."

"This is disgraceful! When I complained about it, I was told "it's not their responsibility it's an outside vendors job. REALLY? So this is where plants/flowers go to die? Sickening!!!"
