"Tried calling three times to scheduling an appointment. Each time they said they would get back to me with availability, and each time I got no support. Eventually went elsewhere."

"I will start out by saying that I have not used this buisness and after today I would not use it or recommend it. Today a friend of mine got a flat tire and happened to pull in to Murray's lot. She was trying to change her flat but could not get the lug nuts to break. She tried a half hour before calling me to see if I could help. I was 45 min away and was just leaving work, so I told her that I would swing by and help if she still needed it. So in all she was struggling to break the lug nuts free for 1 hour and 15 min. During this time the person we suppose was the owner came out multiple times and could see she was obviously struggling and did NOT offer any help, didn't even say "hey we can help you with that for a small fee". Instead he just said multiple times "That car can't stay on my lot over night". To me that shows that there isn't an ounce of care in that buisness."

"John was able me tow my car for repairs. He showed up within a few minutes and was able to get my car loaded in about 15 minutes! His prices were way less expensive than the other towing places I called. I highly recommend!"

"Jason is hands down the best mechanic I've ever used. He always goes above and beyond to help people. He even came to my neighbor's house to take a look at her brakes after work, since she has young kids and couldn't get to the shop for an estimate. They always do great work and never scam on parts or prices. They do what they say they'll do, on time, and always answer my questions. I have been using Murray's for 4 years now and my 8 yr old car is in great shape. I recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. This is a local family business I am so happy to support."

"My wheel was damaged and my controller arm was bent so I took my SUV to Murray's since they're close and I just moved here. I soon got a call from them telling me that I needed to take it to a body shop for the repairs I needed (this made no sense to me or my boyfriend since I didn't need any bodywork done). My boyfriend's dad is a mechanic and since Murray's said they couldn't fix it, I took my SUV over to his shop, Kress Service Station (just a few miles away) and they were able to fix my wheel, the arm, and a small problem with my washer fluid line. I'm not sure why Murray's thought that my damaged wheel and bent controller arm were aesthetic issues, but I wouldn't recommend taking your car there if they don't know that those are mechanical issues that any mechanic should know how to fix. To be fair, they didn't actually do any work on my car so I can't make judgments on their work. Apparently fixing wheels and controller arms is not their forte."
