"Called and scheduled a pickup from Burgettstown to downtown Pittsburgh. I was relying on them because I knew I couldn't get an Uber from Burgettstown. They quoted me price, we set a time, all seemed fine. Wad told to expect a call 15 minutes before pickup. Nobody called, nobody came, and office phone # just went straight to voicemail. They left me stranded and having to find a way back to town with no Uber or Lyft drivers or other taxis willing to take the gig at 5pm on a weekday. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Not trustworthy! Beware!"

"Picked them up at the airport. Had two bike boxes and 100 pounds of luggage. I expected some amount of attitude on their part. But they were well more than happy to take and load the luggage ."

"Completely unsatisfied with my 1st and only experience with this Company. I am the Customer Service Supervisor at a local aviation business. We get plenty of customers in to our facility like pilots or passengers looking for rides to the city. They usually use Uber or Lyft, however this customer requested a Taxi because he couldn't access his Uber account right away. When I called to book the Taxi, the greeting I received was "Yeah, what do you want...". When I explained that I needed to book a Taxi for some passengers who were about to arrive to my facility, I was hung up on. I imminently tried to call the number again (giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe we lost service), but after 2 rings I was sent right to voicemail. This company is unprofessional and will never get service from the company I work for or any of the other companies we work with."
