"Been going here for years. Almost 9. Love it, great place to relax and enjoy a cigar and a drink, play pool and just have a good time. They have a great selection of all types of cigars. I personally have an eye for flavored cigars."

"This review is more about the employee Rick then Castros. Can’t say much about Castros .. each time we have been we did not stayed because Rick mad us feel un welcomed. He said that we should go to Manchester for flavored cigars, he only smokes real cigars here…. May want to avoid this place while he’s employed here. I will be going elsewhere."

"This is a $38 25 pack of Factory smokes. Castros thinks they can charge $113 lol what a joke. I tried to explain to the guy no wrong this is clearly a mistake. All he could do was say "uhhh well ummm I don't know" great service. A Joke!"

"I have come here multiple times a week for over a year now and I just love this place. The staff is great, the other customers are almost always friendly and talkative, and it's really easy to start getting to know people quick here. Enjoy a cigar from a top Notch selection while sitting on some comfortable leather chairs, enjoy the history of the decor on the walls around you, enjoy good conversations with the people around you, and set aside the drama and hustle and bustle for a little while. Take life at a slower pace for a minute and stop by, you won't be disappointed."

"Pretty good place to go to purchase a quality cigar and smoke it should you be so inclined. Bring a smoking jacket with you, because the place isn't well ventilated. You will reek of acrid cigar smoke leaving this place. I went here to find some good quality pipe tobacco of which they had none, except for some bulk aromatics. The selection was not that great either. The new pipe selection is dismal. They do however sell a lot of high-end cigars that a lot of other shops don't have for a reasonable price. Bought fav cigar here and it was perfectly seasoned. I will come back here."
