Ultimate professionalism every step of the way. Pricing was same as big box store too. The person who called within hours of purchase to schedule a delivery was so accomodating giving us an extra day to prep for it and the delivery guys came perfectly early within the delivery window and took exceptional care. "***Updating to state that Baron's has decided that attaching the water line and sending a touch up paint for the fridge is their resolution to all things we've encountered. We were informed they normally don't do what they did for us - meaning an installation for a fridge that is still damaged and a replacement of a double wall oven that the motherboard was dead on arrival (I didn't want to accept a refurbished double wall oven - it cost me $6698 plus $599.95 for a protection plan). Every single original or replacement has been damaged for the fridge (Price of fridge $4799 plus $399.95 for a protection plan). The wall oven was replaced after the repair person came out and berated me to say our electrician did their job wrong. I noticed he wasn't working on the connection at the back of the oven, but the giant computer portion and saying lots of questionable noises. Shocker, it was the motherboard - but when the new oven came the folks who put it into the wall knicked my new cabinets, took a chunk out of my new metal barstools with their dolly, and didn't put the lower cabinet in back correctly. This is all after Mike the manager and Hunter made promises to resolve the issues then ghosted us for two weeks during the supposed times it was supposed to be "resolved." I am SHOCKED by this - I saved for many years to get my dream kitchen and to expect they have done enough or that this is acceptable at this price point for professional line appliances is silly they even are putting customers through this. Save the hassle - and avoid them. I have nothing to hide, my kitchen contractor has been there throughout the entire process and witnessed our experience firsthand - especially during the final install (with our still dented fridge, barstool, cabinets and drawer). I think it is more than fair that customers expect if they are going to pay money for something, the least they get is the item as described. Thank you Baron's! ... We wanted to stick with a local company and appreciated the website capabilities for shopping but the customer service is LACKING - days between replies, dropped pallets in front of my garage doors of replacements I didn't know were scheduled to arrive and still damaged + another the wrong color. We cannot use the water for the fridge and now have to schedule a t to come reinstall AGAIN. We are being pushed out to October. We purchased the GE Cafe line and the double wall oven and fridge have very noticeable paint chips and marks. The doors are completely uneven on the double oven. Super bummed with the lack of resolution on Baron's part. This also doesn't include trying to coordinate delivery for pieces versus what they will store versus backordered is extremely frustrating. Because it took so long to "coordinate with management" we lost out on a bigger rebate even though we repeatedly were ready to pay."
