"Pickup is great !! NH Geneooo"
"First, I want to say that I reported that off topic review of a salad bar in a Pharmacy Review section by this Haylee person. I want to tell everyone how the workers in the pharmacy made my day great.. They were pleasant and very helpful. I gave them my GoodRX coupon for a new prescription was not there yet but my doctor was "faxing" in. Tomorrow I will be able to pick it up at the coupon price... As I was leaving, she said "have a good day". I replied with "you must made it a great day... thank you""
"Tried to get a post surgical prescription filled here and the staff was SO AWFUL yesterday. They blamed the doctor for not sending it in a timely way (untrue), when that was disproven they blamed their system for "letting it sit at least twenty minutes" once received before they can see it?! Then they told my husband it would be twenty minutes after he explained it was an urgent post-surgical pain med. He picked me up from the hospital and returned almost an hour later and AGAIN was (rudely) told it wasn't ready, then watched the pharmacist only then take out the materials and fill it in front of him. This shows a definitive lack of care for patients in obvious pain and zero professionalism. I'm very disappointed as I switched from Walmart for a smaller more personalized and convenient experience less than a year ago."
"Never going to this place again. Some of the staff are rude, impatient, and dismissive, while others seem to care and are very helpful. It's not worth going and having to risk dealing with the inconsiderate clods who don't have the training and/or personality for this career. It's too bad that the few with poor interpersonal skills ruin it for the others who work hard and do a good job. It's clear there are individuals at this location who are insecure and/or have personal problems that lead them to treat customers with disdain. There are so many other places to fill a prescription that nobody is going to go to a store where the pharmacy staff doesn't even bother to display common courtesy, including using the words "please" and "thank you". There are a couple of individuals at this pharmacy that don't seem to understand there's a big difference between talking TO someone and talking AT someone....and nobody likes to feel they're being talked down to. I have no doubt working at a pharmacy can be stressful, but leave your personal problems and low self esteem out of the interactions with your customers and you may be surprised how much more pleasant it will be. I'm not going back, but I hope they take this message to heart so future customers won't have to be subjected to the nonsense I've experienced there. It takes a lot for me to react to things like this...but when I do, it's because it's gone too far and I won't reward people for acting like their entitled to respect when they don't make any effort to treat their customers with even a base level of kindness, patience, or concern. It's all about them, so every once in a while, when I've had enough of people with absolutely no self-awareness whatsoever, I take the time to write a review like this one, and remind the owners or managers that it doesn't get better on it's own, and things like this matter to the customers they work so hard to cultivate and retain."
"(Pharmacy review) Great service, low cost with GoodRX card. Only downsides are no drive-thru and fairly short open hours. Otherwise, we have been very happy with this pharmacy since switching a few months ago."
