"Overkill applies here. Big Brother is alive n well."
"If there was a zero star that’s what they would receive. Such poor communication it’s such an effort to receive any reply. Take your fee and do nothing. 2 years later and there even worse. Take the money and run Foxfire. Even worse going on 3 years. So disorganized, non responsive and outright rude. The owners should be ashamed and embarrassed by their actions. Such a disgrace !!!!!"
"Terrible. Residents are paying a HOA fee every month for lackluster service. Customer service is atrocious, rude, and refers all maintenance requests, even those jeopardizing safety of residents and guests, to employees that do not respond. Communication to residents is close to nonexistent. A maintenance request I had called about was promised to be returned by a technician. Instead I recieved a phone call by a different employee who was attempting to either call the technician or mistook me for the technian. I haven't a clue who to contact for maintenance or safety related requests without being diverted to a different individual. The extension for the phine number that has been provided prompts a recording for a voicemail service that is responded to by roundabout information pointing the finger towards other employees on a consistent basis. Not a single employee takes an initiative to help or solve an issue of the residents that it is employed by the homeowners association."
"Hello Foxfire! I tried to call to tell you this but something went wrong and there was a dial tone, so I figured I would write here. On my way to work this morning (2/8/23) I was traveling through Hooksett when all of a sudden, a white or beige SUV cut me off and I almost ended up in an accident. I was very much bothered but tried to ignore it. I couldn’t anymore when we approached a merging point where it went from 2 lanes down to 1. I noticed that one of your trucks was in front of the SUV. After they were both already in one single lane, all of a sudden the SUV in front of me sped up and tried to fly around your driver, almost pushing him off the road into the ditch. I hope your driver is ok because it came out of nowhere! I saw the truck pass the SUV later on so I’m glad the driver was able to get away from that dangerous driver. If I recall correctly, the number was 4 or 5 on the plate. It was so scary what could have happened to him. PS I have never had to use Foxfire but my friend said they helped her with her refrigerator once and that they saved the only food she had for the month from spoiling. So I knew I had to say something! Thank you for all your dedication and hard work, Foxfire!"
"If I could leave a NEGATIVE stars they would deserve it. What kind of a company tows vehicles suspecting cars are parked there for an event without being 100% positive? My friend’s car was parked in the Concord parking lot to do some errands at the plaza. She needed to run to the bank that was across the street then proceeded to shop at Marshall’s and Burlington coat factory. To her surprise after she was finished her car was towed!!!??? She was left there stranded with her 2 young children who became hysterical. She was then informed by Concord PD that her car was towed because of Market Days and this company towed her in the assumption she was attending the event. She had to have her husband leave work and pick them up to PAY $200 to an impound lot!? Apparently they did this to several people. There was 1 sign informing no event parking. 1 measly sign with nothing stating reprecussions of shopping in THEIR establishments would get their vehicle towed. I’m reporting them to the BBB. How disgusting."
