"I have rented from Keystone for 2 years now and my entire experience has been wonderful! Prompt response from the office regarding any questions or concerns. Constant updates made to each property. Keystone is highly recommended by me!"
"I LOVE LIVING AT FLEMING HEIGHTS! I am a 76 year old senior who lives alone (with my cat). I feel completely safe here. The security system that is in place here requires a special card swipe to gain entrance to the apartment building. I have a one bedroom apartment whose rooms are nice and large plus I have a handicap bathroom which just ensures me that I have more safety when I take a shower . Maria, the Property Manager, is so friendly and always sees that any problems that arise at the apartment are taken care of. I feel extremely blessed to be living here."
"The staff is friendly and so helpful. I feel so safe here, the staff go way and beyond to do things and to best apartment complex management. They are always coming up with residents things to do cookouts, back to school filled backpacks etc."
"We love living in the cedarbrook apartments. The apartment is well updated. There’s blinds in every room. We have a balcony and it’s very spacious. The location is really quiet. Occasionally you will hear a train but even that is really quiet. There are rules like any where else but even with those rules, I feel like they are trying to keep us safe and keep the grounds looking well. Everyone seems really nice in the office that we’ve spoken to. If we have a maintenance request, it’s always done in a timely manner and usually we don’t even know they’ve been in our apartment aside from our request being fixed. The maintenance crew are all very nice and respectful of our space. The neighbors we’ve met are awesome. The pool is really nice in the summer. They finished a new playground in 2021 and the kids love it. As far as our apartment goes, I have no complaints. We’ve been here just over a year and half and we are thankful to be here and to have this opportunity. This is our first apartment together and I’d say we really lucked out. Thank you!!!!"
"I live in the Asheboro,NC apartments. The front desk is fast and responsive and we're able to find me an apartment quickly. I got approved in July 2022 but couldn't move in till the end of September 2022. Move in date was easy with meeting the front desk to pick up keys. The apartment was in decent shape. The chandelier was chipped a little, inside of cabinets had bottom of pot stains/rings in them, could see spots where they painted over and it didn't match the rest, my blinds was missing one from it the sliding glass door, the peep hole was painted over. The price for how small the apartment is and those minor things is a little high at $850 with a pet. The carpet isn't put down the best & is a little lumpy in some parts and makes it hard to have level TV stands & tables. I moved in in winter so I am not sure of the pool situation yet. I'm unsure of where the gym is in this complex but do know where it is in the main apartments and I am unsure if that is the only one. I do not use the laundry mat they have on site either. There is always a slight smell in the apartment and whatever your neighborhood is smoking or cooking you will definitely smell strongly and it may linger. Paying online is easy and I like the option of being able to pay extra for future months. They are good about putting notices on doors for things like gutter cleaning and changing the air filters with dates. Over all a decent, quite, and safe place to live but can be pricey if you have pets or rent a washer and dryer from them for how small they are and how under updated they are. There is a lot of cabinet space and bedroom closet space though."
