Courtyard by Marriott Concord

"Rooms were ok. Smelled some, shower liner needs to be changed. No trash barrel in kitchen. Not even a dish towel or soap to wash a glass."

"My room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good as well, but way too expensive. $8 for a small cheesecake and $18 for orange juice, a blueberry muffin and a small coffee. The food prices are the reason for the 4 stars other than 5."

"I don't think I've ever written a negative review for a Marriott Hotel but this place is disappointing. There was hair in the bathtub, the bottom of the tub was cracked and chipping, the AC in my room didn't work and neither did the phone so I switched rooms and the one they gave me had a tiny tv, no microwave, and a smaller couch than the original room. I had to change my room again and the third room was just as disappointing. The AC stops working at night, it won't get any colder and I think they do that on purpose to save money, I can't sleep when it's hot. This hotel was booked through my company so I was stuck here for 3 days."

"I was in room 303 I was not happy upon arrival the Ice Machine on 3rd floor was not working, the elevator was broken, the Worst was the tub on the bottom I had to cover up Rust spots and Chipping paint off the bottom I had to use a bath towel to step on while in the shower, the vanity room light was not bright, and the slider window had snots all over it was not washed, and the door to open where the fridge is was broken. ONLY Free coffee no continental breakfast, other rooms smelled like damp swamp. we were there for a wedding I am only glad I stayed one night. my Room phone did not work either I tried to call front desk and I had to go down stairs. Not my first choice ever again I will have to think twice before I ever stay at a Marriott Courtyard. I suggest you do the same. 8/25/23 was my stay"

"Where do I even start? Good stay! First off, I went inside this place and it’s beautiful! My experience here was good. But there’s some good and some flaws. Good side.: Pool and hot tub, fitness center, friendly staff and more. Flaws: Founded yellow shorts and underwear which was awkward, No business unfortunately and one bed rolls. But overall, it was still good despite those. I would stay again."
