Worst experience I ever had today 8/16/23 afternoon I order through drive thru and the lady was not nice at all when I ask if possible I can order decaffeinated pumpkin spice she yells on the speaker! It's awful talking about unprofessional at all. Manager should do something about it."

"The worst Dunkin experience ever!! Such a miserable employee, (the short one) who took my order. I walked in and ordered a butter pecan “crunch”. She immediately said oh it was you who placed an order through the drive thru and then drove off! I said no, (if it was me why would i walk in and place the same order again if i knew dunkin inside nouria had a drive thru option?) anyways. She again continued to ask did you come with a man, i said no, my car is parked right in front and you can take a look. She rolled her eyes at me. She charged me for a large, i said u didnt ask me, i wanted a small. She was so disgusted and then with all those facial expressions gave me the change back. Just slid my coffee towards me, didnt get a chance to ask for whip cream. The whole point, what does it have to do who i came with or not! I told her it wasnt me who placed an order thru the drive thru. I filled gas and walked in to have such bitter experience. I mean whats with the eye roll and expression??? I’m so furious! Wish i could do something more than just giving a bad review. Its sad they even deserve one star!"

"Worst Dunkin on the planet. Two miserable employees. One complaining there are customers at the counter and she had online orders to do, the other complaining about making breakfast tacos and thankful there are only two more weeks that she had to do them. They were complaining to each other, completely ignoring me. And I was the only customer in there at the time."
