"You know what I appreciate most about going here? Every time I walk in, there's always something a little different. The customer service is top notch, and everyone's so friendly. The guy at the counter was telling me about his favorite spots to get a drink, and recommended some places that had great food, the cashier was super friendly while checking me out, and she even went as far as to hit the door button for me as I approached it. If the selection of meats isn't enough, the delicious stuff at the counter should be enough to fill your belly, the deli has great sandwiches and I love the pasta salad for a quick side, and they really take care to keep the store clean and welcoming. They always have rotating seasonal beer offerings, as well as stuff I don't normally see anywhere. Hell, they even had slab pizza, now I can get a taste of Portland without the drive! I go there enough that I've racked up some decent points with the stores rewards program, and not for nothing, that free chicken breast or steak tip You've been eyeballing sure is nice on a night when you've got no idea what to eat. For a community spot with local made everything, friendly employees, ample selection for all your food related needs, it's an easy review for me. Ps, the sausages they got are awesome, the switch up the mixes every time I'm in, and they got some really decent flavors. Time for a sausage pepper and onion and a crisp beer for supper. "So, I worked with James. I called this dear dear man with an outrageous request that no other butcher in my town or the next two over would fulfill. He sat with me on the phone for 45 min, detailing the 800 lb order. Yes… 800 lbs. This was Thursday. He had it packaged, ready, divided into lots by pounds AND available the following Monday. When I say buy the prime cut… I mean it. Even if it’s just the steaks. I mean… everything we bought…was freaking delicious. When I tell you… Jesus himself would eat this stuff… I mean it. The noises that came out of my mouth having cooked it made no one raise a brow, because they too were doing that. This meat is a freaking mazing. Tender, delicious, easy to cook… I cannot even tell you…I’m already going to order again in Feb/March. Go no where else…."
