"The best cvs in New Hampshire because of the outstanding customer service from the top notch pharmacists and well trained staff."
"Generally have a good experience but dropped off some meds yesterday hours before close and arrived today to pick up and they still weren’t ready. Mostly just an inconvenience because I had my dogs in the car since I figured it would be a quick in-and-out and I had mentioned the afternoon before I would be in when they open. Oh well, one more negative experience doesn’t affect every other good experience I’ve had."
"Hi, I was in the process of transitioning 5 medications from rite aide to CVS. The bill came out to $560 ish, that was crazy money that I don't have. The Pharmacist ( Mark ) over heard my issue, and came over and helped me through. First trying to get support over my cell phone, that didn't work so he worked it tour his computer. This took substantive time, especially given that it was pretty busy.. so, Mark saved me $500 ish out of my pocket.. what a blessing.. I will go to cvs, that sight forever as long as he is there.. I can't give enough thank you's / Kudos\ Thank you so much!!"
"Always a perfect experience. Pharmacists so thoughtful and kind to me; makes the experience a positive one. Fortunate to have them at our Target. I always know I can trust them."
"Took my sister to get her Covid booster shot today. Our mom currently has Covid and was unable to take her. We checked the CVS policy which stated that children 5-15 needed to be accompanied by an adult, but as my sister is 16 I proceeded to take her to her appointment. My mom filled out the online registration and gave her consent for my sister to get the vaccine. We got checked in and sat down and waited for the pharmacist to get the shot ready. She came over with the vaccine card and asked me if I was her mother. Slightly offended as I am 19 years old I told her I was her sister. She was very rude and told me that she was unable to give my sister the booster because she needed an adult present to give a signature. I explained to her that my mother completed the online registration and nowhere was it stated that we needed an adult physically present. She walked away for about 5 minutes and came back and refused to give her the vaccine. I showed her CVS’ website where it stated no adult was required to be there and she said she had never heard of that and could not show us any laws that stated otherwise. Incredibly frustrated with my experience here and will not be returning."
