"This Target has really just fallen apart recently. I thought it was just due to the holidays, but the store is still a complete mess and there's always boxes in the middle of the big aisles. Target used to be a nice shopping experience. Now it's just a Walmart in a more expensive neighborhood. Actually, I think the lines are even longer than Walmart."
"What a dump! I am so disturbed by my experience today, that I am ready to never shop at any Target again. I will absolutely never try online again. I ordered something that turned out to be not in stock in Keene, but I found one in Concord and one in Hooksett, so I ordered them. I drove to Concord to find out the order had been cancelled even though I was able to find the exact item in less than a minute. I reordered both sweaters for pick up at the Bedford store and drove there. When I got there I found that they had cancelled the order because they were out of stock. Again I was able to find both items in less than a minute. Now I have these items charged on my card 3 times, but I cannot take the sweaters without paying for them again. Unbelievable! The charges are all “pending” but my credit card company can’t delete them. Only Target can do that. So even though they supposedly don’t have the items in stock, they are still charging me!!! I am never trying Target online again."
"The store is worse than a Dollar General. There is stuff all over the floor, piles and piles of inventory to be shelved. You cannot maneuver a cart easily anywhere down any aisle in the store. It is dirty. It is in such disarray. It gives me such stress to shop here. Gone over the days of when I looked forward to having my Starbucks in one hand and cart in the other and leisurely perusing the aisles, finding peace and solace. The store is a nightmare. I would rather shop at Walmart."
"I thought this target would be easier to pick up a few holiday items with how big the drive up and go lot is compared to Nashua. What a joke that was.Half of my drive up order was missing, The girl working my order barely said a word to me and quickly ran off after handing me my bags so I grabbed one of the other workers around. He said he would check for my missing bags, and never returned to me all while handing orders to other customers. I’ll stick to Nashua, they are more organized and nicer."
"Store is in complete shambles. Did an online order, chose drive up (because I’m sick) and the person forgot two whole bags. Ironically the ones with the medicine. I had to drive back & they argued I already got the product even though I called & they told me just to go to guest services. The stores looks a mess."
