"The Pharmacist Andy is Awesome! I had to post after reading some of the negative reviews here as my experience was excellent. First, no have to say nobody on the planet enjoys automated phone systems, so at fire when using that to fill my prescription I was getting frustrated. It’s just a cumbersome process that you end up having to realest yourself or correct the AIs interpretation of what you say…ugh. Anyhow after placing the refill I called in to correct some things and Andy couldn’t have been more patient or professional. He was able to make the changes I needed, took the time to listen and at the end was able to get the prescription sooner than the automated system would allow. Upon pickup, the staff I interacted with a the pharmacy was equally kind and professional. I had a great experience there."

"Since the Walgreens closest to my apartment in Merrimack has the most inconvenient hours I've ever seen a pharmacy with my husband had to transfer the prescription from there to this one in Bedford seeing as they offer that as an option on their website, but when he called to check the status he was told it could not be filled there. BUT that is not even the main issue that led me to post this review - my problem is with the pharmacist he spoke to on the phone being condescending when he simply asked why. She actually sighed in annoyance showing zero compassion/sympathy for him simply trying to get his medication and wondering the reason he was being told no. I wish I had seen these other reviews before hand because I would have been able to warn him to not even try this location in the first place."

"Where so I begin?! Prescription bottle...it looks like they can't even afford ink for their printer. Shameful. I go to give them my prescription number and I can't read it. Secondly, a thirty pill bottle big enough for a year's quantity. It takes them days to reach out to my doctor."
