"About 14 years ago I purchased 2 saddles from Trumbull Mountain and was very happy with my Black Country and Frank Baines but when trying to buy a new saddle for my young horse this time I was very disappointed in their service. I went through the trouble to make the requested tracings and send them. I never heard back from them and after leaving a message, they never returned my call. The accommodating and helpful people I originally worked with all those years ago are no longer there and I understand there is a lot of understaffing these days, but I would think a phone call is the least I should expect or if they are too busy to work with me, then refer me elsewhere. I have no ill will but just disappointment."

Jay understood my last horse's need for a saddle with a hoop tree and flat-rails (which some saddle fitters don't understand). She always works within whatever budget I have and never tries to push anything on me. She is super-responsive.
