"This place is absolutely terrible, will quite literally scam you for a dollar wherever they can possibly get, workers accidentally made a mistake that led us to believe we had to bring our skis back on the 29th but when we did, they said we were a day late and had to pay extra despite a clear contractual discrepancy on their end. When the manager was called regarding the situation, he said it doesn’t matter if they made a mistake, that we’re the ones who need to pay for it even though the mistake was entirely on them, was also just Grade A rude too. Save yourself the trouble of a crook by going somewhere differently."
